To ensure a quick response, fill in as many fields as possible so that we can verify and authorise your return. Our team will return to you shortly for further steps, and we may request photographs to show the issue.
If an item has developed a fault, we can arrange a replacement.
For a change of mind, you can return the items to us (at your cost) within 28 days of receipt of your goods for a replacement or full refund on purchase price. Refunds will be processed after the goods have been received and checked at our warehouse, and may take up to 10 working days following receipt of goods.
